By accessing or using Furano, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Furano provides an online platform that helps diners discover restaurants and request table reservations. We are not a restaurant and do not prepare or serve food. The restaurant you book with is solely responsible for providing the dining service.

When you submit a reservation, you agree that the information you provide is accurate. A reservation may be pending until confirmed by the restaurant unless instant confirmation is enabled. You are responsible for arriving on time. Restaurants may confirm, decline, or cancel bookings according to their availability and policies.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Restaurant owners must provide accurate business information, honor confirmed reservations when reasonably possible, and comply with applicable laws. We may approve, suspend, or remove owner accounts at our discretion.

Reviews may only be submitted after a completed reservation. Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive, false, or misleading content. We may remove reviews that violate these rules.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false bookings, scrape data, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Furano is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for restaurant service quality, no-shows, indirect damages, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, if any.
